Office of the Executive Director

The Office of the Executive Director is responsible for administering, planning, developing and implementing a comprehensive program of communication and public relations programs for the general public, the media, and other District Government agencies. The Executive Director provides overall management, policy direction, strategic and financial planning, public relations, and assures compliance of District cable operators and regulating cable television and similar Video system operations in the District of Columbia. Manages media outreach, development and dissemination of press releases, coordinating press conferences, and through subordinate managers and supervisors and manages the activities of all personnel and equipment resources.
