To approve the lease of certain real property under the jurisdiction of the District of Columbia to the Washington Tennis & Education, which real property consists of a portion of the Benning-Stoddard Recreation Foundation Center property.
2. "MVS Inc., Payment Authorization Act of 2008", Bill 17-0755. To authorize payment to MVS Inc., for office equipment provided to the District of Columbia Department of Employment Services without a valid written contract.
3. "Contract No. DCTO-2007-C-0036 with Software Information Resource Corporation Approval and Payment Authorization Act of 2008", Bill 17-0789. To approve modifications to Contract No. DCTO-2007-C-0036 for PeopleSoft development services and to authorize payment for the services received and to be received under the contract.
4. "Commission on Asian and Pacific Islander Community Development John Z. Tinpe Confirmation Resolution of 2008", PR 17-0795. To confirm the appointment of Mr. John Z. Tinpe to the Commission on Asian and Pacific Islander Community Development.
5. "Commission on Asian and Pacific Islander Community Development Martha M. Watanabe Confirmation Resolution of 2008", PR 17-0796. To confirm the reappointment of Ms. Martha M. Watanabe to the Commission on Asian and Pacific Islander Community Development.

10. "Contract No. CFOPD-08-C019 Management of the 457 Deferred Compensation Plan Approval Resolution of 2008", PR 17-0828. To approve a multi-year (five year) Contract No. CDOPD-08-C-019 with ING Life Insurance and Annuity Company for Management of the 457 Deferred Compensation Plan.
